  2. CONDITION OF USE

    We offer services subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. We reserve the right to change or revise these terms and conditions at any time. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order placed with us. We'll notify you via Facebook.


  3. DELIVERY TIME

    For Import Orders - the usual delivery time is 18-24 Days, However, it can be delayed for any unexpected reason. Please bear with us as we are not responsible for unseen situations. For In-Stock Item orders - Orders will be dispatched the next day after the payment is cleared Fully in Advance. Local Delivery charges are NOT included in our price. We will not be responsible for any unexpected event that may occur with the package for any reason that is beyond our control. (e.g Peak Season, Delay by courier, Natural disaster, Accidental Damage, Cargo Lost, Transit or Weather Delays, etc) Courier Service - We use Leopard courier service by default. Optional - Leopard Courier offers 2% insurance for high-value items for safety from theft or damage. We will not be responsible for any missing or damaged products. We offer Cash On Delivery for Orders under 25,000Rs. Orders in Karachi can be picked up or delivered through Bykea or Careem.


  4. PAYMENT TERMS

    Payment via online bank transfer Advance payment is NON-Refundable for Import Order & Reservation The remaining payment needs to be cleared once the order has arrived, after which the order will be dispatched.


  5. PRICING

    We try our best to provide competitive pricing for USA orders. Our Price Quote includes - Product Price + Freight Cost + Clearing Tax & Duty + Service Fee. Price Quotes are valid for 1 Day only or while it is available. Quoted Prices can vary slightly in case of any surcharge during the import.


  6. WARRANTY

    Local Warranty: Coverage: Local warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that occur during normal usage. The following scenarios are not covered: Burn Electric shortage Short circuit Physical damage Tampering of any sort Dead on Arrival (DOA): DOA is covered only under the following conditions: Provide a proof of complete video from unboxing to installation. Alternatively, if the product is handled by a professional known PC shop or technician. Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim: Provide the original invoice and complete product packaging. Our team will inspect the part. If the issue is not related to the excluded scenarios or meets DOA criteria, the following options apply: Refund with a small deduction from the original price. Replacement with another similar compatible product. International Warranty: Coverage: International warranty follows the company/brand policy. The product will be sent to the company for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). The customer can choose to handle the RMA directly (if applicable) or opt for our service (charges borne by the customer).


  7. LIMITATIONS

    We cannot order Expensive or High Volume Products or Products prohibited by Courier Services and local Laws.
